Mother, Galina Potyomkina and the friend to their family Anatoly Fetjuhin, since childhood inspired him, that Andrey's father, Jury Potyomkin, was heroically lost in Afghanistan. But the author of clause, Alena Nikitina, accuses the captain of the Soviet army of treachery. And as the proof results a photo on which captain Potyomkin with a sub-machine-gun in hands and in comopany of friendly to him mojaheds at whose legs lie captured Soviet fighters is represented. In spite of Andrey is the best of students because of this clause he should transfered to other kind of armies. The son of the traitor cannot serve on the border. All around him both a management of school, and fellow students sympatize with him, understanding, that Potyomkin-junior is the hostage of a situation. They believe in him. Andrey asks from management for a ten-day holiday to prove innocence of father, and to defend the right to be the frontier guard. The management agrees. Andrey for whom military career is everything in his life, he is brought up on an example of the father decides to lead own investigation and to prove injustice of charges. First of all, he gets acquainted with the author of sketch Alena Nikitina. Marvellously she is a young, vigorous and nice journalist. But firstly between the young men there is a misunderstanding and even hostility. Andrey is assured: the journalist pursues sensation, and has published a sketch only because of mercantile professional interests, not having checked up the facts. Alena, having listened to Andrey, is compelled to agree, that has hastened with some conclusions in the sketch, and that in the "matter" of captain Potyomkin, it is necessary to clear everything up. Alena offers Andrey the help in investigation of circumstances at which captain Potyomkin was taken prisoner. Andrey is categorical: the help of the journalist is not necessary to him, he will understand everything himself. Andrey is going to find four fighters from the group of captain Potyomkin which have survived after the fight under kishlak Darji where captain Potyomkin was missing. However Alena is shown with persistence and convinces Andrey to take advantage of her help, having informed the young man of the address of fighters of captain Potyomkin. Andrey and Alena go to Moscow to get the tickets to Kharkov where Pavel Lugovskoy — the first of the list of fighters of Potyomkin lives. On the way Alena receives an urgent call from the informant who has left for the journalist in a left-luggage office of the Kiev station a suitcase with very important and confidential information, concerning "left" sale of the weapon, called "Needle". Only success and Andrey's intuition save him and Alena — it appears for the informant was traced and contents of the suitcase have changed for an explosive device. Having thrown out the suitcase with a bomb from the car, Andrey rescues the journalist. It leads to understanding Andrey and Аленой of the necessity to keep together. As in due course it becomes clear, that one of their main general "opponents" is somebody Klimushkin who, actually, has ruined captain Potyomkin in Afganistan, having betraid his intelligence group. Now he sells the weapon ( "Needle") to Islamic extremists. In parallel with modern events (1999) there passes a retro line in which the military history of captain Jury Potyomkin is told. Gradually he comes to understanding, that in a staff there are those who forwards by planes heroin with "a cargo 200" to the Union. The captain collects the facts and establishes, that behind it there is a deputy the chief of a staff major Klimushkin. He reports of it to colonel Everansky, not suspecting, that they in one treacherous "sheaf". Everansky decides to get rid of captain Potyomkin. He informs Jury, that under his information in kishlak Salgan a shipment of the big party of heroin will be made and directs there Potyomkin's group. On road to Salgan captain Potyomkin learns that in a kishlak the trap established by mojaheds waits for the fighters. Actually the barter transaction on sale of the Soviet weapon in exchange for a party of heroin occurs in kishlak Darji. Having learned about it from the Afghani informant, Potyomkin withdraws the group to Darji. However in its group there is a traitor — radio operator Harchenko lured by the HQ staff. He also informs Klimushkin on a portable radio set of the change by group of scouts of a direction, those warn the "spirits". Under Darji there is a unequal fight — many fighters perish, captain Potyomkin is missing. Only four fighters in covering survive. They are Lugovskoy who now lives in Kharkov, Parshin from St.-Petersburg, Grekov from Podolsk, and Nikolay Harchenko in Moscow. Wuth the help of thse guys, excepting traitor Harchenko, and also former private soldier Zuev who has appeared in a captivity with captain Potyomkin in mountain prison of "spirits", Andrey and Alena finally establish: father Andrey was the hero. Private soldier Zuev opens mean deceit of Everansky and Klimushkin. He tells to Andrey and Alena that under the request od "the HQ staff" mojaheds have organized a kind of muppet shooting that anybody in the future would not suspect that captain Potyomkin was the traitor. Zuev approves, that captain Potyomkin has rescueed him and other fighters of a life that has decided "to play" in the dramatized shooting. But, understanding, that this photographing has doomed him and all Soviet participants to true destruction, Potyomkin will organize revolt and runaway from prison. Captured Afghans and our Soviet fighters killed the security guards and began to leave aside the borders of the USSR. Mojaheds pursued them. Up to border there were some kilometers left. Captain Potyomkin and some of the fighters remained with a machine gun to cover a withdrawal of the others. Zuev personally heard the machine gun in hands of captain Potyomkin was shooting for an hour, and there then came dead silence. Alena's investigation on the illegal sale of the weapon appears to be closely connected with Andrey's investigation. Everansky and Klimushkin planned a sale of large party of "Needle" to the Pakistan extremist Ali Ahmed. But actions of the young frontier guard and the arrogant journalist put under doubt success of the operation "Persey". Under the initiative of FSB the Ministry of Defence appoints the commission on investigation of correctness of recycling removed from manufacturing "Needle". KLimushkin is compelled to force terms of carrying out of operation "Persey", and to forward "Needles" by rail before the planned term. It becomes known to Andrey and Alena who transfer the received information to FSB. Operation on neutralization of "Persey" is successfully carried out by FSB with Andrey and Alena's active participation. After the operation Klimushkin, trying to run away from Russia, was taken at the airport of Sheremetyevo. He was handed over by Harchenko who has grasped by Andrey Potyomkin during a fighting collision in military warehouses which were protected by his fighters "Leopard". Everansky has bailed, but prospects of its sweet life became in doubt. The broken transaction with the Pakistan extremist will not pass for him for nothing. Alena Nikitina is thanked officially on behalf of the state, and Andrey and Galina receive a fighting award of captain Potyomkin. Andrey says, that the truth about the father now is known, and nobody will dare to name hum traitor. Andrey Potyomkin receives a rank of the officer of boundary service. He is a lieutenant. He is sent send on training on the Tadjik border. On solemn delivery of liutenant shoulder-straps to him Fetyukhin, Galina and Alena are present. Lieutenant Andrey Potyomkin is at the station — he is leaving to the frontier. Fetyukhin and Galina see him off. Alena is still not present. She comes at the last second to a train and … Alena goes to the fromntier too, together with Andrey as the special correspondent of the popular newspaper and, perhaps …a wife of the young and fighting officer.

This action series is based on the story of friendship of Russian army officers who, as the fate has willed, have become soldiers of fortune. There were seven of them… During the first Chechen war, they were members of one of the mightiest commando units, led by Sergey Pastukhov (friends dubbed him Pastukh, or Shepherd), for whose head Chechen field commanders offered $1,000,000.

The unit fulfilled all of its missions successfully and, ironically, managed to make enemies on both sides of the frontline. In spring 1995, they were discharged for the “failure to fulfill a combat mission.” The true reason, however, was that the top brass who gave an unlawful order had actually set up the members of Pastukhov’s unit to conceal the evidence of their criminal business – organs of killed Russian soldiers were illegally trafficked abroad.

Seven young officers, first-class professional commandos, were thrown into a peaceful world. Each of them tried hard to find his own path in this peaceful life: captain Pastukhov tended a head in a small village; medical officer Doc served as an ambulance man; Mukha was selling papers in commuter trains, while Artist tried to join any theater but without success.

Everything would have continued its normal course, unless a certain special service had needed professionals to do some “dirty work,” that is to conduct various operations the major condition of which were efficiency and secrecy. Sergey Pastukhov’s unit matched both of the requirements perfectly – they were professionals and none of them had any ties with the special services. Colonel Golubev, who served in Chechnya as the head of counterintelligence, offered this job to Pastukhov.

This is how a cooperation between former commandos and the special services starts. They will be preventing terror attacks, getting embedded in crime groupings, foiling deliveries of chemical weapons, and more. The hero inherited the treasures of his mate and returned to his hometown to reestablish downtrodden justice.

The banker Gleb Markovsky is found dead in his own country house. The general of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kim Khodeev got the assignment to head the investigation. However, he has no time to supervise the investigative group, as his ex wife Angela called him to Sochi urgently: their 24 year-old son was missing. Kidnapping is suspected.
Khodeev sets out for Sochi and recalls how his career in militia started in this South city in the end of the 70s. He was a student of militia school then and succeeded in solving a number of crimes committed by a gang of bandits. At that time, he met Angela and a ganef Marat Kazarsky, claiming to be her brother. This retro story makes up the basis of the first four episodes of the film.
In the second block: in the course of investigation Khodeev gradually comes to the conclusion that either his (Khodeev’s) son has committed the murder or that somebody sets him up proficiently. The character of Marat Kazarsky emerges again.
Kazarsky is the protagonist of the next block of four episodes as well. The scene is laid in 1993, the period of notorious criminal wars and share-for-loans. At that time, Khodeev was involved in investigation of the murder of Valeriy Sharumov, the general director of the Sibneftegaz plant. And no other but Kazarsky tried to disorder the case by proposing a big bribe to Khodeev. It goes without saying that Khodeev refused. The next morning, the arrested murderer – the only one who could put the investigators on the scent of the organizers, was found with his throat slit in his cell.
The last four episodes feature the end of investigation of the murder of Markovsky. Khodeev weighs facts, reopens the case of 1993 and comes to the conclusion that it was Kazarsky who put contracts out for both murders and that he got Khodeev’s son in wrong intentionally, to take revenge upon his old enemy.

The episodic television series “Medical Secret” is a truthful story about daily life of a clinic hospital where doctors save and lose patients, where people get the second life or lose their last chance.

Life of each person is the history of his diseases. Doctors of an ordinary City Clinic Hospital regard their patients from this particular point of view. What can they? To collect anamnesis, set a diagnosis, carry out treatment – and hope for recovery. Indeed, life is a mystery. And doctors are no Gods. They are the same people who have to take decisions – and it is not a secret that such decisions are not always correct. The recovered patients consider their doctors the rescuers while those who lose their last health call doctors “killers in white coats”. Who is right and who is wrong? There are no answers to such questions. But it is necessary to talk about this because silence leads to fear and distrust.

This series touches upon the widest range of topics and problems which are in one way or another connected with medicine: medical secrecy and medical errors, paid medicine and bribery, transplantology and euthanasia… The place of action – a clinic hospital – allows for simulating of an endless number of the most various life and clinical cases involving various personages and lines of roles.
Personnel of the clinic include both occasional persons who wrongly found themselves in medicine and dedicated doctors. Kind-hearted and stale hard, clever and small-minded, talented and untalented. They differently understand and accomplish their commitment – health and life of an ill person depends on to whom he comes.
Patients and their relatives are not a ruck either. They are different people having their merits and weaknesses, which stand out in the light of happened disaster leading them to the clinic.
Relationships within personnel of the clinic, relations with patients, personal life of doctors and private histories of ill persons – all this interlaces closely and provides a common canvas of the series.

The hospital is a metaphor of life. People are ill – they are ill mentally, spiritually and physically. The mission of a doctor is to help a person to survive and safe himself as a personality. But who will help the doctor? How can he save his trust in himself, his abilities and his profession? And wherefrom can he take strength to tell parents that their child has not survived a surgery? How to look at the eyes of fatal case patient? What words shall be found in order to explain to a poor person that only an expensive surgery can help him?
Some people can work without feeling uneasy with such questions having worked out an original abient response, which seems like indifference sideways. Others let all pain pass thought themselves recognizing others’ grief as their own one.

Moscow. Central Circuit is an attention-grabbing action series each episode of which is an investigation of a particular crime.

Lieutenant Repeinikov, a recent graduate of the Interior Ministry’s Academy and a grandson of the renowned police colonel, is packing things to leave for Lyons to serve for the Interpol agency. After a while, however, another officer is seconded to go to France, while the main character of the series, a smart, gifted and ambitious detective, joins an ordinary criminal investigation department in Moscow’s central circuit.

Repeinikov is assigned to a department led by major Bragin, a detective to the very marrow of his bones and a cop of the older generation. Yet, major Bragin is unwilling to let a greenhorn lieutenant join his unit, despite Repeinikov’s legendary grandfather and “the order from above.” The major constantly points out at the inexperience of his new subordinate and assigns unimportant tasks to him.

Repeinikov, a smart, gifted and ambitious detective and also and advanced young man, feels uncomfortable about such a start of his career. Detectives have to deal with cases of different scopes, ranging from an apparent contract killing of a Chinese businessman to a search for a runaway bride and to a theft of the valuable relic from the Masonic lodge.

Little by little, Repeinikov develops a liking to his department and its tough chief, and to his job as well. Ironically, despite continuous differences between the younger and the longer serving detectives and the disparity of views, both Bragin and Repeinikov develop a professional human need in each other.

Eventually, when the young lieutenant receives an offer from the Interpol headquarters, he rejects it and chooses the service in Moscow’s Central Circuit, in major Bragin’s criminal investigation department.

A group led by major Bragin, a detective of the older generation, investigates crimes committed in central Moscow. A new story about the Central District will be started with an unexpected move of captain Yakushonok. A problem of input will arise before major Bragin (Vladimir Menshov), the central character of the new season. A young delinquent lieutenant menaced by dismissal will become the new fifth member of the group. To everybody’s amusement always hard-line Bragin will decide to bail the king’s bad bargain.
While our operational group goes on with the “invisible struggle” against extra dangerous criminals – blackmailers, robbers, and murderers – the resigned captain Yakushonok will take care of minor domestic crimes. This is the opening ritual of the “submarine”. Parting with the overwater world, the air, the sky and the sun… Everything will now move to the sphere of dreams and recollections. The submarine goes into the depth of the waters for long days.
About a hundred men are in the shell of the submarine… Different ranks, different positions, different experiences… Continuous duty day and night. In fact, there are no days or nights here.
The light is on round the clock. The engine gives noise. The orders, given through the loudspeaker, reach through the dream. If one is asleep at such moment, the subconscious prompts that this order is not to him, and he keeps on sleeping. If one wakes up and feels like eating, then it’s breakfast time. If one has served his duties and then he is asked to the companion cabin, then it’s dinnertime.
The watch is four hours, then twelve hours of break and then watch again.
“The Submarine” is a specific life style. Much is measured. Missing the land? Maybe a little. A letter home? You may write it, but who will deliver it? What is going on at the land today, right now? One can learn it from short radio communication with the shore.
The “Submarine” means also conventionalities… The wives of officers, warrant officers and the mothers of sailors who live in different towns of the country receive postcards on the 8th of March. The sailors leave them on the post.
The postmen will arrange for everything. The wives of those who serve under the water know that, however it’s a complete surprise for young wives. They even come running to the moorage looking for the submarine, but no! It is in the depth of the seas and oceans, and the holiday is just a conventionality for sailors.
The characters of the film do the service at the Black Sea Fleet.
Obviously, like anywhere else, the people who live and do their service here are different. Some even swore to a different state for the sake of comfort and prosperity.
They received flats and privilege for this oath, however, their beloved job, their vessels and submarines did not forgive the betrayal. The sailors feel sick at heart looking into the open sea, where they can never ship out on a rusty “FUELLESS” (“BLOODLESS”) device.
Those who remain loyal to once given oath, find themselves in complicated social and living conditions, aggravated by political situation on the Black Sea coast of Russia. Due to geographic remoteness from Russia, the naval base is forced to live in “self-contained” conditions, where one always feels on alert. Help will come in case of emergency, but it is necessary to hold on until such moment and count only on one’s own forces while protecting civilians.

There's a sightseeing attraction in the small provincial town of Ozersk - a reserved lake of amazing beauty, where swans settle for many centuries already. According to the legend, the swans shine at specific moments. However, very few managed to observe the shining. The story further says, that the one who dares kill a swan, will die as well. He will disappear - vanish into thin air. The locals believe this true.
Two friends live in Ozersk: Galya, a teacher in local school, and Lida, the Mayor of the town. Galya is single and her work occupies all her life. Lida, on the contrary, has a family and two children. However, her marriage is hardly a happy one. Her husband, who used to be very handsome and many girls from the town dreamt of marrying him, failed the test of time and lost himself into drinking. Now Lida bears this cross.
The arrival of a young beauty Masha, nicknamed Chuma, disturbs the dull life of Ozersk. Unexpectedly, she returned to the native town from the capital where she became rather prosperous. The meeting of the three friends after long separation is a great event.
Masha stays at Galya's. This is where the remaking of Ozersk starts. The flat is being repaired, new furniture appears in the flat. Meanwhile, rapid reconstruction starts in the town. Masha is involved in charity. She's got long-term plans. She intends to erect the industry of health and entertainment here, on the bank of the curative pure lake.
However, Masha's money is not clean. She got the money accidentally after a rough showdown. The owners of the money discovered where the money was and now followed Masha's trace. She managed to get out of scrape - as if the lake protected her. The owner of the money ignored the legend and hunted the swans. He disappeared the same moment as he made a shot. His helper ran away with the money. The dream of reconstructing the town failed.
Meanwhile, Ozersk is on the eve of great achievements. The Iron-and-steel Plant is preparing to release super steel. This should bring the town to prosperity. A German chemist Petr Shwankmayer was invited specifically for the purpose to develop this steel. The owners of the plant - Boris Minaev and Egor Kozlov conceal the disastrous condition of waste treatment facilities, which will not cope with the production output. The plant lacks facilities for reconstruction. Boris, unlike Egor, is not concerned about rebirth of the town and the cleanness of the unique lake. He is seeking the ways of quick prosperity.
This is when Grishin, a moneymaker, desires to buy the plant out. His target is not the enterprise itself. He wants to establish the nuclear waste mortuary. Several years ago he attempted to make a deal with Egor, but he failed then. Egor debased him and took him out of his office by pulling his nose. This time Grishin wants to pay off old scores. Egor acts through Boris's wife - bitchy Ella, his ex-lover. So this is his plan: he will order a large batch of super steel. If the order is not timely executed, he will take the plant over. In any case, the town will die out - either due to poisonous waste or it will become a nuclear waste mortuary.
However, Egor and Boris have no idea whose interests Ella represents and take the hazards. They intend to invest the received money in construction of waste treatment facilities and start the production of super steel.
It turns out the other way round. Grishin deceives all of them and gets the money back. Boris and Egor lose everything and they are just one step away from loss of the plant and poisoning the town. They are looking for a way out. When waste treatment facilities fail, the town will get poisoned.
Masha, Galya and Lida are in the middle of the flow of events. Masha falls in love with Egor and becomes the most vicious enemy of Ella, who too is in love with Egor. Lida and Petr fall in love with each other. The whole town follows their affair, which ends up with Lida's move to Petr. Petr founds out the problem with the waste facilities. He is unable to prevent the release of the super steel and makes up his mind to take his new family to Germany. He realizes that he will be accused of poisoning the town.
Grishin doesn't want Petr leave Ozersk. Otherwise he will make the whole affair public and nobody will get the plant. Grishin arranges for an attempt on Petr. Luckily, Petr survived. The militia suspects Dima, Lida's jealous husband. Lida and her friends help him hide and start their own investigation. Dima's fragmentary memories lead up to the bandit. Temerarious Masha traps the murderer to the hospital to the ward where Petr is, and attacks him putting her own life at risk.
Ozersk is famous for its school of folk and sport dances. For many girls this is the only opportunity to escape from the city, to be accepted in a variety or striptease show. Young girls, the best dancers of the town, left for Greece to gain their living by dancing in Ella's club. But when the turmoil with the plant money started and Grishin made Ella his hostage in order to influence Boris, the girls in Greece lost their means of support. Masha and Egor save them from the terrible lot and make them return to the town. One of the girls, Julia, suffered more than the others. Her mentality did not stand the exertion and the girl was deeply shocked.
Andrey Cherkashin, a press photographer, comes to the lake to take photographs of the legendary swans, recorded in the Red Book. He sees Galya conjuring on the bank to make Julia to come to her senses. The rite worked well, Julia recovered. Andrey becomes interested in Galya. They fall in love. It seems that Galya found her man and Andrey - his woman. He suggests that Galya should travel around the world with him and take photographs of animals. But Galya is afraid. She does not believe in the solidity of their union. She will not stand another failure. Galya stays in the little town, lonely as before.
But the lake and the common disaster unite them. Andrey comes back to the town to make a photo-report about the ecocatastrophe, which is about to destroy the town. Galya, Lida, Masha and Andrey start a hopeless struggle.
Nevertheless they win. The lake helps them. When there is no more hope the poisonous torrents flowing towards the lake disappear in a split of the ground. Astonished Ozersk dwellers see the miraculous shining of the swans. The lake and the town are safe. But love and life are sacrificed.

Syndicate is a corporation called "Ortus", which combines pharmaceutics, construction and transport, media- and show business. However, the façade of its official business just covers the structure, which is aimed at monopolization of production of cheap synthetic drugs and their trafficking in Russia.
As law enforcement bodies come across the activity of the huge clandestine syndicate-octopus, they come to the idea to plant two of its agents – “Odyssey” and “Genie” - into the syndicate. Each of them has his own mission. They are lost for their former world: they change their names, erase biographies, repudiate their dear ones. The agents know nothing about each other; the Chief is their only connection with the Center and the outer world. In the series “Syndicate”, Ilya Shakunov plays “Odyssey” and Igor Lifanov – “Genie”.
The motives of Odyssey’s planting into the Syndicate are very personal, and above all, he wants to destroy the drug syndicate from the inside.
It happens so that Genie is found out, he believes that the reason of his collapse is the second agent, and declares war to Odyssey from then on. Their combat is the plot of the story. According to the director Alexey Lebedev, Odyssey and Genie represent the two sides of a Superagent, one of them personifies intelligence, while the other – physical strength...
The genre requires that a Superagent has a “love story” – the love triangle develops in the Syndicate. Odyssey’s girlfriend Mila (Evgeniya Ugumnova) doesn’t believe in his “official” death and starts searching for her missing beloved one. Meanwhile, the management of the Syndicate acquaints the main character with Olga, with the aim to get evidence of his double play. However, their formal relationship develops into real love.

A 39-years-old retired lieutenant colonel of the special-task force, Ilya Orlov, was nicknamed “Monk” for his unsociable temper. Actually, once he attempted to go to a monastery to become a monk to rid himself of painful thoughts that had been following him after the combat missions in Afghanistan and Chechnya. Yet, having realized that he will never become a preacher, Orlov returns to the secular life where much more people need help of the just and righteous Monk.

Having returned to his home town, Ilya finds out that all of his “past” life vanished irrevocably: his mother died, his wife Alena married a reporter who covered the events in Afghanistan and promised Ilya to bring to Alena photos of and greetings from her husband, unknown people live in his apartment.

He resorts to his best friend Grisha nicknamed Pelmen, or Dumpling, formerly a philosopher, now a taxi driver. Grisha helps Ilya to find a job at the taxi station and offers him a room in his apartment until things settle.

Then, workaday routine starts. The job of a taxi driver is one that makes you encounter a lot of situations in which other people have find themselves. Consequently, Ilya and Grisha find themselves in a number of risky affairs. They puzzle out a kidnapping case, rescue a young bride and help her meet her loved one; they help to expose a corrupted general and protect a young reporter who writes about young neo-Nazi gangs. In short, they try to help anyone who needs their help.

Two years after, I pleased my mom with a divorce.” Since then, Vera has been living together with her elderly mom and her daughter, who is already sixteen years old by the time the story starts.

Alla (Lada Dance playing an unusual but nonetheless successful role) is a criminal-law lawyer. According to Vera, “Alla is pretty, smart and 100-percent independent woman, and one can make a fortune selling tickets to the courtroom sessions at which she defends the accused.” The most aggressive, offbeat and independent of the four. She never loses heart and always finds a way out of any hopeless situation.

Sonya (Alika Smekhova) is a “professional” widow. She was married twice. Both of her husbands were much older than herself. Despite the care and attention Sonya paid to them, both passed to their eternal rest. Since then, she’s in search of another “matching” old man. Alla is too practical towards men.

And the last one is Julia (Janna Apple) who, according to her friends, “is appealing in all respects.” Julia is a woman who sleeps with men on the first date and then sincerely wonders why none of them lived with her longer than two weeks. Too emotional, amorous, indecisive, but optimistic.

In each episode, new heroes come and go, hopes appear and fade away, witty dialogues and sarcastic soliloquies and many other situations that are so cognate to the big city’s lonely-hearts. The four friends encounter affluent admirers and young boy toys, charming rabbis and appealing suspects. And each of the main characters has to decide for herself whether all men are rascals or not. What shall they do? Resign themselves to the iniquity of life? Or to resist, hoping firmly that each of them will find her own prince on white horse who might have got stuck somewhere in the big city’s jams?

Some of fighters perish, and their friends, who understood the horror of the situatiion only after their death start to revenge. Rigidity and even cruelty of "fights" shade scenes from the characters' lives — their mutual relations with the parents favourites, friends, with each other. The serial can be interesting to different groups of spectators, both age, and social.

A cinema expert from Moscow informs that the most famous film director - Quentin Tarantino - is about to finish shooting his new film. Messengers are sent to America with the mission to get the film for a bag of diamonds. However, it turns out that nobody is willing to sell them the film. Still, the messengers could not possibly return without the film as the harsh law of the steppe people does not accept negative answers.

To save their lives, they hire the best specialist is new film stealing. Even the best experts fail. Two attempts to steal the Tarantino film end up with total failure. Moreover, the criminal world of Moscow and Hollywood also interfere in the messengers' plans. Though, the criminal world hardly caused any trouble to the messengers, as the steppe people simply don't understand the criminal intrigues and solve all their problems openly.

However, they still couldn't get the film. An accidental acquaintance with Quentin Tarantino himself saves the situation, as they tell him about their unsophisticated intentions. The famous director finds the messengers' adventures rather funny and he gives them a copy of his film to show it at the wedding. However, this is not the end of the story - a Hollywood gang of Afro-Americans headed by the Black Zizu steals the disk with the film.

The idea of the serial consists that any crime accomplished will be always followed with punishment, and time is not the defender, but more likely the conclusive judge. The plot of the serial is constructed on the basis of archival affairs which have been closed due to insufficiency of evidence, but presently, with the advent of new circumstances, old cases are actual again. Investigation is based on evidence of the survived witnesses, of the wonderfully saved material evidences and, certainly, on human memory and intuition, that continue to surprise us with its sudden changes. In our serial the Department of Internal Affairs forms an experimental group of detectives which specializes on disclosing complicated cases. The group consists both of skilled specialists and young ones which only begin the career in militia. All characters are very different (by age, intelligence, attitude to life, nationality, traits of character , etc.) But all of them are united by zealous attitude and fanatical love to their work. The greater role in the serial play personal relations and family problems of the characters. On their background professional work of the main characters becomes more dramatic. The unalianable attributes of militian (criminal) serials are prosecution, capture, display of physical strength by our heroes. It dictates us the image of workers of criminal departments. The spectator wishes to see physical strength in them, besides intellectual skills. They are defenders, people who are strong in every respect. The important role in a serial is given to humour. Any serious, psychological situation becomes more convincing and stronger if it is flavoured by a comedy insert (a fleeting joke, a ridiculous situation, etc.) It is difficult to imagine relations between our characters which spend a huge quantity of time together, risk their lives, rescueing each other, etc. without love affairs at work or we shall assume without — meek love, or unexpected affair with the representative of other social order (criminal for example). Love is the same extreme and "circulation on an edge", as well as work in a criminal department. They are very similar inherently. One incorrect step and it is practically impossible to change the situation. There is a spirit of romanticism in the serial. It would be desirable, that the spectator felt a little, in good sense, envy to our heroes and their uneasy work.
