Artyom Vladimirov (Maxim Drozd), a young thriving businessman and a former orphan from an asylum, together with his partner Sergey Tarasov (Andrey Zibrov) are engaged in smashup of large companies by orders of criminal structures. Their next wildcat venture promises to be a success – they manage to convince a large investor Makov to place money in purchase of the East-Siberian company. Immediately after the transfer of money they neutralize Makov with the help of reliable men and exclude him from the deal. Now Artyom and Sergey are to convince the representative of the company that they run a serious business. They hire dummy employees and plan to show the representative their non-existent enterprises and facilities and to persuade him to sign the merger contract. But the representative turns out to be a young beautiful lady, Vera (Anastasiya Mikulchina) and Artyom falls in love with her at first sight. Now he can not let her down and must acquaint Vera with his parents. Due to love for Vera Artyom refuses to sign the contract threatening with smashup of her company. Sergey understands that the merger with the East-Siberian company is at stake. He meets Vera and discredits her in Artyom’s eyes. He convinces Vera in necessity to enter into the contract and tells her about a shady “asylum” past of Artyom Vladimirov. Vera signs the contract under Sergey’s pressure.
