“Two with guns” is 8 detective stories united by the main characters of the film the Lieutenant Colonel Dugin, Captain Voronov, Nastya and employees of the homicide department. But besides the detective story the film narrates complicated personal relationships of the heroes. Their problems, joys, losses and attainments. In other words, destinies. Dugin and Voronov are two universes at collision, two different generations, two antipodal characters – their approach guarantees an explosion! Nevertheless, a bridge over the gulf between them will be thrown. And it will turn out that our heroes complement each other perfectly. Incredible cases that they manage to solve, saved human lives, punished criminals – everything becomes possible for them when they act TOGETHER. There is no a leader among them but there is a constant competition. Their methods of work, characters and approaches to the matter are different but only having united together their skills and capabilities, they solve the most complex and complicated cases. Dugin is an honest career-minded, man of law, jealous and obstinate. Voronov is talented, daring, ready to break rules for obtaining a result. They will get a second wind in their complicated friendship-enmity. Besides the professional part of their relationship the heroes are connected through Nastya, Dugin’s daughter, with whom Voronov is in love. At first, Nastya becomes the reason of the conflict between Dugin and Voronov. The father is jealous of his daughter over the daring captain. But later, having known him professionally and personally, Dugin is trying to help Nastya and Voronov to come closer. But Nastya is not that easy. She is obstinate, self-willed, quick-tempered. And Voronov has a heavy “inheritance” from the previous marriage – an ex-wife Larisa who is trying to win “her” Vadim back. In this snarl of relationships and conflicts Nastya and Voronov remain true to their mature love and Dugin finally becomes reconciled that his daughter is with a man.
