Dramatic events of Stalin’s private life and events in which he played the key role and which are inseparable from the history of the country and the world.

This series is based on a great number of authentic documents, memoirs and new historical, sometimes sensational, research.

The story is based on the fact that after the victory of the USSR in the World War II over the fascist Germany and actual repartition of the world in its favor, the nuclear war against the USSR was being prepared, and the psychological war, which was aimed at physical liquidation of Stalin, was triggered.

At any rate, Stalin believed it to be so…

The basic story is narrated from the first person. Stalin is the main character of all events, the narrator and the author of his recollections. Thus, “Stalin. Live” is the first attempt to show by means of TV, at least in an artistic and hypothetical manner, Stalin’s inward and what Stalin would have said, should he ever decide to make confession. An attempt to solve the mysteries of Stalin by reconstructing his inner world.
